Inmendham would be better off pursuing VirtualHolocaust (hereafter VH) for the 'doc dropping' some months back than these silly lawsuits. He gave away his name, adress, and phone, which is exactly what Brett Keane was banned for life for doing. There are many who witnessed that. His lawsuits may be a joke, but they sure seemed to spooked VH. Not one minute after his first threatened suit VH was posting apologies for saying "frivolous suit". LOL.

The problem is that Immendham, by making so many public videos has probably made himself a "public figure" for the purposes of youtube community, which means that he must prove not just negligence, or intent, but reckless disregard for the truth. Much more difficult standard of proof.

You could be completely right I have no idea I really don't watch much of VH's stuff or Inmendham's for that matter. Inmendham is making an ass of himself over this nonsense and IMO pretty much begging to be the butt of bad jokes and random drive by attacks he needs to stop acting like a nitwit.

VH also made several videos (many copies exist) in which he taunted inmendham by addressing him by his real world initials and making it clear where folks could find his full name, address and phone number online, inarguably behavior worthy of a permanent toss from YouTube, if not a visit from the cops. Also, notice how he's been wearing the same clothes for about a week now? Man, that room must smell. VH is in NO position to be making fun of inmendham or anyone else.

Brett most certainly did drop docs I saw the vid where he did it I even clicked through to make sure it was his account that did it. You on the other hand did not drop docs you simply failed to remove someone else's violation which was your right to do.

yeah but that means that if he filed a lawsuit independently. Like if i gave him my info and he filed a lawsuit on me. Youtube isnt going to willfully give our info out and our isps wont either.  at least thats what im aware of not to mention his law suits are flawed and the judge would laugh at him if he was able to.

thx to you and jason for looking stuff up. this must be an interesting time to be a lawyer. the letter on the LiarTube video seems to say that he could sue other users, and that if he did initiate a suit, they would be obliged to provide info. my take was it sounds like if they got a letter from a legal firm representing him, the info would be released. "In accordance with these laws, YouTube will only provide information pursuant to appropriate legal process." what do you think?

Well, the terms of service are what they are, but let me put it this way: Let's say person A says "Hey! Captain John weighs 600 lbs." But it's false. And I lose all my ladies. But let's say that I, Captain John, *don't have an account on YouTube.* The terms of service are then irrelevant! Now, clearly, Immendham did sign the terms of service, but I think the point is, YT is protected due to *other* legal reasons.
