@steveninthematrix no i got the x ray lol it wasnt cartileage another funny thing was 3 hours later i got a bloody nose and thought i was having internal bleeding lol but i was ok no jaged edges on the bone got to say though i feel a lot better today only in pain 50% of the day instead of all day lol bench press and tri workouts hurt the most but ive only done bis and legs minus squats so im going to ease back in it soon
@animallift2 lmao dude that sucks man. ive never lifted with a belt so i don't have to worry about placement/tightness but ask your doctor about heal time...i think it might be months? im not sure but i know its not just a couple weeks
i cracked a rib doing deadlifts last wed now have any of yall done that my dumb ass decided to pull my belt higher to see what it felt like and pop this sucks so much pain how long if any one has does it take to heal
Mark. Our math sucks. If we count my plates again, the first pull was actually 705 lbs (315 plus 330 in red plate weight plus two 25's plus two 5's) and the second pull was 695 lbs. I think that's right. Still sucks I missed it but if this is correct, I don't feel that much like a bitch.

mark, i just started sumo lifting a month ago, im having trouble gettin the weight off the ground (lockout isnt bad). would doing speed deadlifts with chains on my dynamic day help the sticking point? thx.
