Fire Steel plus small cotton balls rubbed in Vaseline. A+ never fails and super easy, each ball can be used several times. Just cut off a piece or use the whole ball and put it out. Almost free. (Fire Steel at Harbor Freight $1.97+ tax and you get a free LED Flashlight :) Put your cotton balls in a pill bottle. Life is good!

All you really need is a magnifying glass.
Too damn unreliable. What if it's cloudy, rainy, or..............nighttime?
Get a Bic lighter and keep it in a plastic bag. Or do what I did and get a firesteel and learn to use it.

@Pypemongrel Firesteel's a good idea. Disposable lighters have some advantages but don't work well in the wind. Sunlighter works in the wind. In fact, it lights up even faster. Just because you can't light up with a Sunlighter in cloudy, rainy or "dark" conditions does not mean it's not an excellent survival tool. I've dropped disposable lighters and matches in the water-and have had disposable lighters break on me. Ever noticed how many disposable lighters are "disposed" of in nature?
