Sur (2002) is a movie by Tanuja Chandra starring Gauri Karnik, Lucky Ali, Simone Singh, Achint Kaur, Divya Dutta and others..

Vikramaditya Singh (Lucky Ali) is a famous singer, who runs an elite school for talented musicians, which admits only the 20 best students in the country.
With time, he felt the age and has a lack of inspiration. Not satisfied with his creations, Vikram began searching for a great talent to make a star out of him/her..One day, incidentally he heard the marvellous voice of Tina (Gauri Karnek), as she sang a prayer in a church. He was so fascinated that he enrolls her in his school.
But she was so gifted that Virkram has started feeling jealous and he began to compete with her and even broke her confidence..

The music is by M.M. Keeravani (alias M.M. Krem). The lyrics are by Nida Fazli
