@EmilyGreene1984 No one is claiming that there were no Jews or Christians, Muslims know they were there as they lived side by side in peace under Islamic law. Its just that they did not occupy Muslim lands in those days and then call all their cousins from Europe over. Its also interesting that they have found nothing relative to them under the grand mosque in Jerusalem in the past fifty years.

@NewOrder2013 How do you explain the fact there is numerous evidence proving there was a Jewish and Christian population living in that region long before the 19th century? How do you explain the fact that prior to the Ottoman empire, history is recorded to show Jews AND Christians lived in that area? Even within the Quran and Hadith itself clearly states the Jewish people were there before them? Explain.

@lalamusa1 You fail to mention however that even prior to 1948, there was/is numerous archaeological and historical evidence (even written in the Torah and Hadith) that declares that the Jewish people and even Christians have long lived in that area even before the 19th century. It is also noteworthy that recently Professor Azmi Bishara, who is a self-confessed bigot against the Jewish people, admitted however that there never was a Palestinian nation. The people originally came from Syria.

Israel’s former Sephardic Chief Rabbi Mordechai Eliyahu advocated carpet bombing of Gaza stating that “there is absolutely no moral prohibition against the indiscriminate killing of civilians during massive military offensive on Gaza” (The Jerusalem Post, 30 May, 2007). His son Rabbi Shmuel Eliyahu amplified his father’s genocidal call stating: “if they don’t stop after we kill 100, then we must kill a thousand, then we must kill 10,000 and even a million”

@theamberco I coudnt disagree more the holocaust was "the worst crime in human history" and it being a shame to create israel is arguable as sympathy played a major role in its creation still even with out that the creation of the state may have been possible as the holocaust came to the worlds eyes of the jewish prosecution also the power and influence jews had in USA and europe woud have created israel

@sheldonman14 Wt Was the capital the capital was most likely jerusalum also there was no country yes your right as there was no iraq iran syria etc because they were all under 1 state initially the borders of the countries were created by europe after WW1 as it was french and british mandates so get ur head right palestine was always there as a country populated by its inhabitants so it was there

actually the entire conflict was created by England by creating the Transjordan Arab Nations and Israel - Look at history, all true
Once again lets go through history. The area was controlled by the Ottoman empire, once the empire fell. The area was separated between British and French control. After the events of the 20th century, the U.N. formed two states Palestine, and Israel. To prove my point what was the capital of Palestine before 1948? If this nation existed. Palestine did not exist before Israel. Prove me wrong with history.

@sheldonman14 If you doubt the pre-1948 existence of Palestine check any urban library index and you will find hundred of books on Palestine published throughout the 19th century and right up to 1949. It is ridiculous to suggest it never existed. A good example of how it was viewed would be the scholarly article in the 1911 Encycopedia Brittanica.

@sheldonman14 (continued). For zionist usage of the term consult any zionist publication prior to May 1948. Like all propaganda lines, this Palestine-was-never-a-country-culture-pe... crumbles under the merest of scrutiny
