  • dude,,insulate that battery box , couse cold kills batteries

  • I also have 6 of these amorphous panels at my camp, may get anoter kit. They are not as efficient as crystaline panels but are cheaper and not as sensitive to overcast and shade.

  • notice large chemtrail n sky,at 3;38.nice place,keep smiling

  • notice large chemtrail n sky

  • You really use thoose crappy controller and panels?

  • I have a rv with a shabin as you call yours but with the rv lighting last a long time and 300 wt soler and 400w wind generator and IE 6 volt batteries where's your place mines in wa

  • FYI, you might need a better charge controller. each HF CC is rated at controlling 45W. that three panels. There are other who are using one CC but if you real the instructions and ask HF tech support they will tell you to buy a 90W or better Charge controller. Also, to ensure you getting the best out of your system buy a meter to measure the batteries. A small Generator is a very good idea to

keep your Battery bank up in the 80% charge range. HF kit is great, but not a life support system.

  • I hope those cheap Harbor Freight kits do what you need. Any solar electricity is better than buying electricity, but for the $400 you spent you could have put that into a more efficient system. Just my 2 cents! Joe

  • After seeing your setup I would make two suggestions

1, dont use inverted power for lights, to can make light with 12 volt RV type lighting, and it will go farther then running it through the inverter first.
