Beautiful and sensitive playing; however I don't agree with the interpretation. Too much "editorializing", i.e, addition of dotted rhythms, explosive dynamics at measures marked PP ruined the evocative effect. His decision to repeat 5 (or was it 6) times the meno mosso theme toward the end?? The final gesture of making the audience wait to applaud while he apparently "came down" from the experience - overly mannered and I think rather rude. What I experienced was not Albeniz but Albeniz/Cheng.
