This model wasnt around when I was in school. But the system I attended Baltimore County has gotten them every year since 2007. And the FS65 from 2004-2006. And now days both my Middle and High school bus drivers have C2s. And my days in MS we had a 1989 Thomas in 6th grade. 1996 Crown in 7th grade and 1999 Amtran in 8th grade. All with the same driver. And HS a 1998 Blue bird from grades 9-11 and a 1999 Amtran in 12th grade under the same driver. And today both have C2s.

@buslover333 All of the buses in FL have dual stop signs, and cross arms. Then we have the LED flash on the stop sign's and it looks amazing at night! Haha.

@buslover333 No you gotta go to FL and see the good ones!
the buses are all marked "north carolina public schools"....is this typical in your state? im from michigan and we mark our buses by county or school district....
just curious! thanks!

@emeryja23 If you look closely, the lettering on the bottom shows their county names. Its how the state specs required our buses to be.

This bus is my favorite! We have 5 of them. 3 2008-2009 versions, and 2 2010's. I ride the 2010 and it is awesome. Except I think ours here in FL are the best looking. We have all yellow, and then on the top it is white to reflect some heat. And on the 2010 we have the A/C Hump on top, which makes it look even cooler.
