Sparky Tribute.mov

Having the opportunity to make "4192: The Crowning of the Hit King" has been a dream come true for me. Interviewing baseball legends Pete Rose, Tony Perez & MIke Schmidt and the great Marty Brennaman has been pretty incredible to say the least. Add to that list, one more I had wanted very, very badly to be a part of the film .... Sparky Anderson. Unfortunately, we weren't able to make it happen, but as Sparky was such a huge part of Pete, I am happy to say that we were able to include some wonderful segments highlighting Sparky in the film! Here is a tiny, little "tribute" I whipped together, to the Greatest Manager of All-Time! God Bless Sparky Anderson!!

Well stated remarks on The Main Spark by Mr. Rose. I do hope Pete continues to soften -- I really want to see him back in MLB. I hope he's gotten rid of the Playboy Girlfriend and has gotten back with his Wife. That would make Sparky PROUD.
