In an interview with Shane Brennan regarding season three, it was stated that this season the Deeks-Kensi relationship, along with other elements and stories, were going to develop at full steam. In my opinion, I think this means that we may be heading closer to a romantic relationship between the two. And if that happens, then I will enjoy the show even more than I do now.

2) Now this is the one I hope is the case. Kensi didn't really go to Hawaii and just made Deeks think so in order to mess with him. After the whole ruse in episode ten, Kensi seemed upset and more emotionally vulnerable than ever. And maybe she wanted Deeks to be jealous or something. Because I think Kensi is starting to realize that there is more between her and Deeks than just being partners.

1) Maybe Kensi does go to Hawaii, but only for a work-related thing. The episode she was in revealed that she has a working/friend history with Joe White, so maybe he called her as a favor for a case, such as one relating to Wo Fat.

Now because of the whole Hawaii angle, there are people who have pondered the idea of another cross-over with Hawaii Five-0, more specifically a potential romance between Kensi and one of the male cast members of that show, mainly McGarrett (I apologize if I spelled that wrong). Well, I don't think this is the case, and here's why...

In this episode, Kensi revealed that she was going on vacation to Hawaii, and the whole time Deeks kept questioning her about it. Then at the end, it seemed as if Deeks finally gave up his questioning and gave Kensi a gift fro her trip and wishing her to have fun. And it seemed that Kensi really loved the gift and thought, given the loving gaze she gave Deeks.

So I bet like many other people here, we were all pondering the Densi relationship after the Christmas episode. Well, like everyone else, I have my own theory. And I hope to receive feedback on it from you guys to tell me what you think.
