I was in the Huxley Beta on ijji and i have to say the variety is about 50/50. you can choose your own unique facial features, but when it comes down to clothing, almost everybody in your level area, will pretty much wear the same clothes. y'know, every level 10 to level 20 character will have the same gear. And there is, or was, no dye in the Beta, I don't know if that'll be there in the full release, I hope it will, cause then there would be at least some variety in clothing.
