@tntimmy1996 It came out in 92 and then redone by the verve pipe in 95 and again by a different producer in 96. They remade the same 3 different times according to wiki

@paperkite03 if u look up the meaning on google u can find the meaning. basically he goes out with this girl and she commits suicide because her baby was lost before child hood. and the singer is saying that he cant b held resposible we were so young.

The radio DJs in my city once said it was about a girl that the had a threesome with the lead singer and his best friend. Then, she committed suicide. Not sure if it's true, of course. Love the song, no matter the meaning. :)
