The screaming sound is, amazingly, from a porn video. Yes, it's real.
Look up "loud nigra" in Google and visit the Encyclopedia Dramatica page. They have a download link for the video clip that has the scream. Just rip the sound from that if you need a copy.

Lindenfags might have deleted the texture/sound. 20 moonbucks can change that.
