The brand is tweaked ice, I got it from ebay but later found their website. It ran me like $47 or so, much cheaper than street glow, even though I put street glow stickers on it ;)

Looks good bro! I have this color on my 1997 Cavalier too. Lol Pretty easy to install in my opinion but like you said its time consuming. For anyone wanting an underglow kit get one cause it really turns heads and gets compliments.
