Loved watching this, reminds me of the fun in surfing, before commercialism, and yes, well before the boogie board. And before it became too crowded and aggro......... No wonder Gerry Lopez got into Snowboarding.

I recommend the book, ''All for a Few Perfect Waves: The Audacious Life and Legend of Rebel Surfer Miki Dora'' by David Rensin. You will learn much about the highly controversial surfer.
