  • Hi all

    Thanks for all your comments.

    To the questions

HebrewRepublican - my pelvis stays off the floor in the cobra, because of my own limitations in flexibility - if I were to put it on the floor I would be compressing the vertebra in my lumber spine.

apollline - there are many different versions of sun salutations - this is one of many, make sure to find out which one your yoga school does when preparing for a test because this one is probably different!

  • There are different Sun Salutations, some don't do the "plank" and I'm a little "lost" when trying to prepare for my yoga test.

But otherwise it's well done and esay to follow indeed...

  • Nice to follow -- thanks!

Can you tell me why you keep your pelvis off the floor in your the cobra pose?

  • Very easy to follow -- thanks!
