Hi Worstnightmare 2012.

I use 20 kg braid on the larger reels and 10kg for my smaller reels. I have never really had any problems with this but we dont chase the big GTs if they are on your list you will need to size up a few grades. I use Finns braid.

Thanks. That lure was a ripper, it out fished everything else 5 to 1 on that trip. It is a Rapala X-Rap Magnum 30 in the dorado colour. Couldn't recommend it highly enough.
