I am touched by what you are saying
because going through this with kids
is a big order. I have similar reactions in crowds in the form of extreme anxiety.
There is something called trans-dermal magnesium. It's a calming mineral
in the form of an oil or spray that goes directly to the blood through the skin.
I put it on the kidney area although
they say to use it as a foot soak.
It seems to work.
