@TCInfinity Toyota and GM had joint ventures together.. IE: Pontiac Vibe, Geo Prizm, etc. New United Motor Manufacturing, Inc.(NUMMI).

would u say get this over the sti? i imagine the 5.0 v8 automated 8speed can rival the fuel economy of the turbo flat4 6manual (fuel econmy is a primary concern over driving in snow)

Yup, some people buy cars for the name and because of what others say, and some buy the car because what it is.
Waiting for the 2011 IS-F's to drop in price. I drove the 2008 on the track in Fontana, CA 4 years ago and it was love at first drive. I'm coming from a Subaru STi.
