Nope. He got in trouble for feeding more than 25 *PEOPLE* in a concentrated area. Nothing in the law refers specifically to the homeless.

It's a PYRAMID system & they need homeless & very poor at the base levels, otherwise there would not be a preoccupation of struggling at the next levels.
The recent economic crisis was engineered to reduce assistance from the middle levels towards the poor, or to create more volume at base of pyramid
This system is supported by the PlutoCRACY at the upper levels, but the top is an Oligarchy

He was suppose to get a permit to feed people and/or do what most organizations in Orlando and just have 5 different people/groups feeding only 20 people.
Still it's one of the dumbest laws I have seen.
