Put " -useff" in the Target field of the shortcut for the game and it will run in lower graphics but 100% playable.

If there was a wat to turn off things like muzzle flash and gunsmoke, it would run better...

The only thing that i would like to do is to play games in tablet mode...Its really hard because you gotta keep your hands in an akward position...

You should get GMABooster to raise the GPU clock. It helps a lot. A downgrade to XP would help tons too. I can run Halo flawlessly in XP with GPU @ 400mhz The only issue I had was that the keyboard would freeze for a few seconds every so often. I fixed that by starting the program in "below normal" CPU priority.
