Mid September 2010 Market Trends Report

The Washington DC Metro real estate market has improved thus far in 2010, but I expect to see a slow down for the remaining months of the year. Home values are up for the year, the number of sales has increased from last year, and it takes less time to sell a property than it did a year ago.
