Your Drunken Heart (A Jemi Love Story) Episode 1

Hey, re-edit :D This episode is dedicated to xoJemiNelena for the amazing intro she made me.
This story is sort of, there isn't much romance in the first series. Sorry :D also, it's based on demis story, though i will do a little Joe POV.

Demis POV

(Flashback)

I waited for the nearing answer, shivering with frustration, why was life so complicated? Leaning back slightly, I returned my gaze to the pregnancy test. Positive. I screamed in delight, and hurried out of the bathroom. Joe cocked his eyebrow at me, and I grinned happily, suddenly, a huge smile spread onto his perfect face, and I leapt into his strong, comfortable arms - whimpering in wonder.
"We're.. having a baby" he sighed, and snuggled me closer. Nodding in reply, I nestled my head into his curly mass of jet black hair, and embraced him softly. Whilst crystal tears slid down my smiling face.

(End of Flashback)

Sobbing softly, I threw the beautiful, yet old memory out of my frustrated mind, and noticed that I had been twisting the gorgeous gold ring - that looped perfectly round my finger - endlessly.
Weakly, I hauled myself up and stared at myself in the bedroom mirror. My Hazel brown eyes were full of dim, damp darkness - engulfed with dark dancing shadows, and my usually wavy, chocolate brown hair, was a mass of messy, chaotic knots, tied into a weak pony-tail. Furthermore, my face was stone pale, blotchy. With streaks of tear-stained marks, painted thinly down my cheekbones. My heart was a faint weep, a distressed soul. Downstairs, I heard Joe shout and moan about me, to one of his slappers, that I often caught him straddling, drunk and heartlessly. Edgily, I tip-toed into Honey's room. She was the only burst of happiness that encouraged me to keep living, to keep struggling on - even if I can't win. Dozing soundlessly, her little, delicate hand twitched. Causing me to gently pick it up, and brush her sensational, smooth skin against my wasted cheek. Surprisingly, my lips parted into a small, rare smile. and then - like an elastic band - situated themselves back into place.

Gurgling inaudibly, Honey calmly awoke, and placed her sweet hand aginst my cheeck, slightly giggling. I nuzzled her nose with mine, then crept out of her room. Descending down the stairs, I glanced at Joe, who was collapsed on the stained couch. Snoring loudly.Realising his slag had gone, I gently handled the empty beer bottles and made to try and put them in the green recycle bin, but I paused abruptly and Joe grabbed my wrist, harshly.
"Leave. Them. There" he spat, in an unrecognisable monotone.
Hastily I settled them down, and feebly attempted to yank my hand away, which un-doubtedly failed.
"What happened to you!?" I wailed immaturely.
Joe auto-maticly pulled me closer, I could smell the mouldy booze in his warm breathe.
"I changed, DEAL WITH IT!" was the awful thing he yelled in my face, making me writhe weakly backwards, blinking repeatedly.

I hurled my body away from him and sprang up the stairs, storming into 'our' bedroom. Everything changed since Honey was born, since I had retrieved Post-Natal depression after her painful birth. Joe started getting angry, mad. Yet I knew that he still loved me, the same, loving glint was still in his big, chocolate brown eyes. Then things went out of control, I think Joe got so distressed, that he went a little crazy. Now he drinks, smokes, cheats, and rebels. The caring, beautiful Joe I once knew... was gone. ~

How was that for a brilliant first episode? aha. I hope you LOVE it. (^^,)
