Still can't believe he's gone...
i was only just thinking it's been awhile since i've seen him play..
I feel privaliged to have seen him as many times as did.
Such a great loss of talent and inspiration and just a generally nice, decent and humble human being.
R.I.P. Bob , thanks for the music and the laughs.
Never failed to make me smile.

Could you please mention where I have mentioned talent? I guess we´re a little bit overheated here, let´s cool this down and focus in the music, right?

"The world is for those who have the balls to be themselves?". What an arrogant POS you must be. The world is for everyone regardless of their talent or lack thereof. Besides, you are not qualified to to say whom the world is or isn't for.

Funny to see how you trust more your musical expertise than Simpson's ...you must be incredible. What do you think that led Simpson's jamming with Bob? Mercy, maybe?:)

Just think that you were the one starting telling here that the guy plays with no feeling and that you would be happy to incorporate a couple of tricks of his playing into yours. And let me tell you: no one cares about your playing here. Nor about your religion, sexual tendences,or favourite colour. Isn't that sad?;)

There indeed is a closeminded commentator in this thread. We'll leave it to the reader to figure out who it is. I liked that tune, and I liked his gypsy stuff. Sorry if I can't fawn over everything he ever did. You can go back to your altar now chum.

Well, there are only two things without solution in this life: death, and you. Sorry, I cannot help you.

I just checked that out. And actually it confirms what I've been saying. That tune was excellent. In part because Simpson was keeping him grounded and focused on the feel, rather than his usual cramming too much flash into too short a tune. Maybe he just needed to play with a guy like that more often
