President Ronad Reagans second Inauguration Part 1 of 7. January 20, 1985. The date was a Sunday, so they held the first ceremony at the White House. They had scheduled the next day to have a ceremony on the Capitol steps, but because of below-zero temps, that was moved inside the Capitol, and the parade was canceled.

It will be interesting when Inauguaration Day '13 occurs on a Sunday due to leap year, especially since we will be inaugurating someone other than the incumbent SINCE NOBAMA HAS 396 DAYS TO GO!

Gee thanks, I managed only to watch the official ceremonies on 21st January, this is the 1st time watching the 'legal ceremony' on Sunday, 20th January 1985.
