I watch this video just to keep on my diet and do not be unhealthy and being able to wear nice clothes. Being big it is not OK, since when?

@Ralva23 Not really sure where you are going with your comment.... Being big isn't ok... and it never was for me, even when I made this video a year ago. I have struggled with obesity since I was about 5 years old, and am finally breaking it now. on 3/15/10 I had gastric bypass surgery and as of today have lost 52lbs! Yay for health.

Ever try just finding another person who also needs the motivation to loose weight and see if you both can keep track on eachother, see if you both can challenge eachother to keep motivated.
