LOL... spacecadetcharlie don't you mean Blue Agave... I wish i could of seen them in belleville back in the day. I upset Jay's brother one night playing a Jeff song in Blue Agave and had no idea it was John. Awkward.

I remember this show very well. I was standing on the sidewalk when UT pulled up in their robins-egg blue Dodge van. They hit the back of the Replaceements tour bus. Knocked out both UT headlights. When they piled out it was the band + Brian Henneman and 2 guys from Rockville Records--and all the gear. No trailer It was my first time hearing them and it blew me away. After the show they drove off into the dark with no headlights. On their way to South Carolina I believe. Unreal.

that's yale for you. nothing like a belleville show. believe me, i tried to get those kids going. they were the same way then as they were in '08. nothing like playing the Ground Floor or Main St. Jazz.
