Oops I meant "can't" see the back of you.

These are great except I can see the back of you. I've been dancing for a long time but I was never taught the proper way so it's like I'm retraining my body. So in the back as in my posture - is my butt tucked in and my back completely straight? I know what I'm supposed to "look like", but I'm never too certain. Thanks. Any help would be great!

I am just starting out and really enjoying your videos. Something I am confused about: in Tahitian dance, are the heels supposed to always remain on the ground, or do they raise for certain movements such as tamau? I've seen different ways and I'm confused. Thanks!

do you start stretching out with feet together, then shoulder width, then wider? or was it wide, then shoulder width, then together?

@mintswack Feet (flat on the ground) together, then @ shoulder width, then outside of shoulder. This is the drill I run: 1) Tamau 2) front and back 3) fa'arapu 4) fa'arapu, opposite direction: feet together, feet at shoulder and outside of shoulder, focusing on the largest (isolated) movement. So if you use this song (it's 2 minutes) then you'd be hearing it, 12 times...
