  • hey, so just curious, what is the actual kind of qukrete that is best for this sort of thing? even on high def, i couldn't read the bag. i noticed when i went to home depot there were a couple different kinds. thanks in advance!

  • you want to get fine grout. you want it to say "fine" on the label somewhere... the stuff we had was filled with pebbles... we will be finishing it up this summer with the fine grout... should be cool! hope this helps... peace and noLove...

  • so how'd it turn out

  • @lollerskater we only started it... there has been snow covering it since the day we began the project... should be done in early spring... we will keep you posted...

  • @noLoveskateboarding is this illegal?

  • @kyle110796 $10 worth of shit who gives a fuck

  • float it with a trowel, the rocks will sink the water and the finish will rise to the surface for a smooth finish

  • 0:00-0:33 what a did last night. 0:34-2:46 what im doing today haha

  • haha i could get all that stuff for free

  • I would had used bricks but this is a good tutorial for to make other barriers waayyy awesome..like an extend.

  • @skaneverdies you want to lay the rocks and such down because it takes up space beneath the concrete. The less of a gap you have to fill from the ground to the actual surface you want to skate the better because it will just be using extra concrete that wouldn't be needed if rocks were there. Use rocks to save money on concrete (rocks are cheaper lol) because you don't need to skate on the lower levels off concrete anyways, only the top one. Plus it will have more of a foundation with rocks.

  • where is this?

  • i would reccomend against using grout as a riding surface. its best when used between things like pool coping, or tiles. just use a straight quikrete mixture.... mix it a little drier than this. so, you can want a modeling clay/snowball type feel with your crete, so you can really stack it. use heavier trowels to really push it down. in the places where it gets thin it will likely break..... hit those seams with non-shrink grout or bondo. read all directions on bondo

  • you shud of asked a mexican to hlep ya xD

  • thats not a jersey skate spot, theres not a busted couch

  • barrier cult! xD

  • awesome, thanks a lot. so you think it's alright to just use the fine grout only? like we don't need to lay the pebbly shit down first? so many questions. you should make an actual guide or something! haha, thanks either way.
