I just got back from a trip out there with my girlfriend. We stayed at Mandalay Bay but had dinner reservations at Botero in the Encore Esplanade. Just walking in and around the Wynn/Encore, I have to say that the place is just incredible. Next time I go to Vegas I will most definitely stay there.
