  • thanks Les Paul!

  • I was there that night!! What a card he was. As the house lights went down and the place got quiet, someone yelled, "Hey, Les, how's Jersey?"' and Les replied,"Just like it friggin' sounds!" After a slow sexy number, during which Nicki was standing very close to Les, he said, "I feel like a condemned building with a brand new flag pole!". Hilarious! Thanks Les. We ALL owe you, from Frampton to Slash and from Atkins to ZZ Top.

  • A.M.A.Z.I.N.G ...nothing more, nothing less.

this is it people. A tight, swinging rhythem section and great melody ..genuine magic, True music.

Thanks mr. Les Paul for everything.

  • He invented 8 track recording, the original multitrack recording method. Not the same thing. However, it was a very important innovation for recording studios.

  • didnt he invent the 8 track or something.

  • rip

  • Frank Vignola was a young boy there! Now a days he's the best there is !Check him out playing Tic Tico!!

  • What a fabulous treat to see the GREAT Les Paul performing "Brazil" with another New Jersey amigo Lou Pallo and company. I live for the moment that I see LP & LP perform a number by Kiwi guitarists Graham Brazier & Dave McArtney - Latin Lover [ Also on YOUTUBE ]

  • Somewhere I heard it said that "without Les Paul there would be NO Jimmy Page or Eric Clapton" not even Jimi Hendrix or Dave McArtney? Not to mention Graham Brazier & Harry Lyon...DANG! ~ I'm going to Iridium Monday night to buy Les a bottle of Champagne! Lou Pallo & Dougie 'WACKO' Mako are good to go!

  • God bless Les Paul. I have seen him perform live 4 times now at the Iridium and every time I am just blown away. I hope I can play like that when I'm 90+. Lou's rhythm part on Brazil is also truly great.
