Im so mad the average American I talk to think that Rand Paul wants to bring back segregation. Which is obviously not true. Sometimes I feel like there is no hope for true freedom and liberty for all people and racist and genders

@GoVikes0 The hope is that the Tea Party will shape the fiscal policy of the Republicans. The Republican party gives lip service to small government and then practices big government. Hopefully this movement will pressure the Republicans to keep their promises. I am skeptical, though. The Republicans appeared to be moving in that direction with Newt Gingrich in the 90s but nothing came of it.
