Killjoy is spot on but it might sound a bit confusing, im playing power chords at various positions from 1.13-1.35 in this video if you can see the shape my hand is in.
Im sure there are good tutorial videos on youtube on how to play power chords as well

how are you muting the low e string? are you or are you simply just not hitting it which seems almost impossible, eaither way your one hell of a player hope you can give me some tips on how to play it.

I play power chords with my 1st, 3rd and 4th and then hang my middle (2nd) finger over the top and just rest it on the string to mute it. Make sure to keep playing the bottom E string during the intro to keep the bass E note in there, it gives the intro its creepy sound. Good luck!
