What surgery did you have done to your nose/sinuses? I am 6 days post-op (5 procedures on my nose and sinuses) and doing that irrigation thing (3 x day) too. Similar to you, not as bloody as I expected but I am getting results.

The easiest natural post nasal surgery rinse method is salty lukewarm water. A liter of warm water and a teaspoon of salt is enough for 2 days. Sniff water on a saucer as often as you prefer and both nostrils would be clean within 2 days
