REALITY CHECK.. Some owners don't just own them for protection or to look good. I live in a very small country town and ours are used on the farms. They are athletic and agile making them perfect working dogs. Some people DO use them for the wrong reasons and some just aren't responsible enough to have them. They take a lot of work and just aren't a breed for everyone.

To be honest if you look at all the dog attacks on people pitbulls wont be the top dog on the list, this guy prob used the dog for fighting so its head would have been messed up and i have heard people inject these kinds of dogs with steriods aswell to make them bigger and more agressive for fighting so this kind of thing is bound to happen, its like drugs there ilegal but you wont stop people having them maybe they shouldnt ban the dogs just make people have a special licence for them?
