Firstly, can you give me a complete list of the equipment you have available to you? I see dumbbells, a treadmill, a bench, a bike and some weight plates so I'm assuming you have a barbell right? Hey Pete, I wanna help you. It would be easier to be able to talk freely without having a Youtube comment rally. I mean no offense by what I'm about to say, I'm just trying to help and I'm being honest ok? The main reason I'd like to talk is that I KNOW that the 9 minutes you spent on your biceps and triceps in this video is not going to achieve what you're looking for.
