This was the second day of my first safari in the Limpopo region of South Africa. My friend Tyge (Fulldraw) and I were hunting with our PH Eric of Limcroma Safaris when this group of Blesbok came into the waterhole. Eric saw them coming and quickly judged them and identified the shooter in the group. As they settled by the water, I drew and made a 21yd shot right in the boiler room. 45yds later my first African animal was down!! It will be a day I will not soon forget. Thanks Tyge for your excellent job with the filming and editing!

  • dont u feel sorry 4 the animal?

  • Do you feel sorry for the chicken and steak you eat?

  • It is sometimes confused with a Bontebok, but you can tell it's a Blesbok because of the dark rump.

  • That is not a blesbok!

  • Really!! What do you call it?

  • better than deer hunting here in ontario. are you with a guide? must be pricey

  • @viagro1980 how?

  • that is a blesbok dumb ass

  • Lol. shot from indoors. did you still have your slippers on and why the handshake routine? congrats? lol, you couldnt miss and its not a sport!! only you agreed to it. the dead animal didnt. kill for food is fine. you did just that, but also for fun! cancels it out. Its wrong

  • I dont feel sorry for the animal id kill one to

  • Im stuck in South Carolina for now, but for grazing animals like blesbok and deer, tree stand or blind hunting is definitely the easiest and most effective way to hunt. Way to go!

  • no it isnt. killing for sport is extremely quick, and the animals dont suffer long. read about what happens in the slaughter houses those chickens and cows are killed in. They have to watch there friends and familes get hacked apart! Chickens are hung ALIVE from the ceiling, and can see the spinning blade that they are gettin pulled into.

  • Killing 4 sport and eating chicken and stake is a totaly different thing.
