Bali Guling (Roasted Pig)

Hands down the best whole hog on the planet! This is a specialty of Bali (Ubud), Indonesia and easily tops any southern bbq pork I've ever tried (and i've tried em all :)

Chef Bourdain says the same thing..the best pig is in Bali...because they used special spices and the one in Spain can't even come close.Don't bash me, i'm just telling you guys after watching his show...NO RESERVATIONS.

this was the nicest place ay. they do like a max of 6 pigs a day so its only ever been open like 2 hours at a time. we bought a pig from them and ate it on sanoir beach :D
