in the US version of seven ages of rock, this doesn't appeared, and the smiths part was shorter. the UK version is the real deal.

Yeah you've got a point there reagrding sales. But Franz are very mainstream in the sense of constantly being praised by the media and that they can do no wrong.

Looks like a good doc, but when I saw Alex Bawbag Kapranos in it i nearly smashed up the screen. Hate him and Franz Fucking Ferdinand! Cant beleive he's talking about classic indie when him and his group are so fucking mainstream and commercial! Same goes for Oasis.

i dont think this was taken from seven ages of rock, i saw the episode were they talk about britsh indie rock and they didnt mention jesus and mary chain wich pissed me off, all they talked about was the smiths and oasis it was such bullshit!
