We cap our classes at 8-12 so you recieve a personalized instruction, no pressure all levels, we ask that you RSVP to save your place and then we customize the class to you. We practise Yoga in all forms, restorative, hatha, and no class is ever the same. We are perfect for beginners and Yoga connosieurs. It is always your journey. The studio is gorgeous and we often head to the beach as we are in such close proximity, no streets to cross or cars, we are right there, at the ocean. Dont be apprehensive about the beach yoga, we are often at the studio, you can always take a stroll after or sip tea after from the ocean porch swing and watch the waves. We are happy to offer pre-natal classes and meditation. Please join us whenever you can. Namaste
