I know 7-11 imports Thai chicken for a micro wave product. I was surprised when I saw Thailand as the country of origin. It was a tasty snack!

P'Pon, why do you put in chicken first? You should put in curry paste first to get the aromatics in. I wonder if its just for western viewers? I miss watching you in lakorns!

@KryJoe Yeah, but this dish is specifically a chicken dish. you could do beef, but it would be akin to making chicken florentine with beef. Can be done, but the recipe's flavors is really meant for chicken.

I've been wanting to learn how to make this recipe for so long! Happy I found this video, only I think I might try it with tofu. :)
