Many health care settings around the world are struggling to reduce waiting lists and increase the quality of services they offer to children with a physical disability. The product is a video sharing the story of the Children's and Teenagers' Program (CTP) of the Centre de réadaptation Estrie (CRE), that undertook in 2006 the challenge to reorganize its services to increase service accessibility. A participatory action research was initiated to document the 3-year process and to evaluate the outcomes following the implementation of the new model of service delivery.

This video specifically targets children with disabilities, their families and community partners (e.g. School Boards, kindergartens, parents' associations, sports groups, etc.). It is a tool to share information with them regarding the model of service delivery at the CTP, fostering their empowerment and their collaboration in the rehabilitation process.
