Private Olive Oyl: Rocky Rolls

In this episode, Olive Oyl and Alice, the Goon are to learn how to march, but when they screw up, Sargeant Blast assigns them to potato duty. That means peeling potatoes for the army to eat.

After many screw ups, Sargeant Blast is livid. Olive and Alice decide to make her a cake to cheer her up. when that doesn't work, they decide to make something else.

And it's something that turns out to be very useful in the end, as you will see.

I'd heard these cartoons were more popular than Popeye himself, back in 1981 when it first came out.

The video quality's pretty much wrecked, considering it's on a VHS. Private Olive Oyl oughta come out on DVD, some time later, after the Family-Friendly Popeye cartoons do.

Yes, it's true. The video quality has deteriorated. It is also my hope that they release these cartoons on DVD as well.

In case they never did, that's why I decided to add them here, so that others who liked these episodes could relive the good memories as well.
