What these artist need to realize when it comes to their album sales is.IF PEOPLE LIKE YOUR MUSIC,THEY WILL BUY YOUR ALBUM.IF THEY DONT LIKE YOUR MUSIC,THEY ARENT GOING TO BUY YOUR ALBUM! PERIOD. The music these artists are putting out is not worth people spending their hard earned money on.SIMPLE AS THAT.HIP HOP USED TO BE A LIFESTYLE,A WAY OF LIFE.THERE WAS AN ESSENCE THAT MADE U FEEL GOOD.IT WAS UPLIFTING AND RELATIBLE. NOW HIP HOP IS BULLSHIT. FULL OF STUPID LYRICS AND SILLY METAPHORS.

it'll take a while before any rapper can get on the level of the old lyrist. Now a days it's more about the money and rappers don't really take hip hop serious anymore. They don't express the messages like they put their heart into the music anymore. It's all materialism but you can't knock em cuzz they gotta make their money and it's what the media likes. Most of the time they don't even have the power to put down what they wanna put on the radio.
