Keith, have you checked out "God is an astronaut?" I love that band so much. It's great meditation music for me right after drinking my 18 k tea formula. Great taste in music and great video, as always.

Thanks for the 2010 wrap up! I'm gonna stock up on some of your favorite supps. Random question...do you ever feel nauseated from taking zinc? I take zinc pills here and there and feel nauseated every time I do. Maybe the liquid form would be better.

Jonsi is amazing, I'm about to put some on now. Check out Sound Tribe Sector 9 too okay brother? They'll change your life if you give it a chance, they take their name from the 9th baktun of the Mayan Calendar and their music has been reflecting the build towards the alignment since day one. Check out the song Circus, first thing in the morning when you wake up, and then the song And Some Are Angels.. you can take it from there. Trust me, I wouldn't steer you wrong.

Im aware of Sound Sector 9,
but the people who hoot them up like Jam Bands, and i hate Jam Bands ( other than Ozric Tentacles, and they predate 'the Jam band" thing, plus their not classic jam band with their obvious nods to Berlin School synth work.. ( as well as flirtations with techno and house i.e Eat Static)--\I will give it a go if your promising me
