In this video I show you how to use live view out in the field.. well on a beach to photograph the New Brighton - Lighthouse.

Canon EF-S 18-55 IS Lens
Manfroto 190XB Pro Tripod

Filmed on Sony MiniDV Camcorder.. I am looking to go HD ASAP.

  • @rfalpha Yes, in fact you can only really use manual focus whlist fiming a moving scene.

  • Great series! Very hepful. Although I have been using 500D for a while, the videos still give quite a lot basic aspects of this model. Well done!

    I am stooting and tuning images whenever I am free from work. Will be interested in learning skills from your practices e.g. wedding, party and landscape etc!

  • I am buying a new camera. I was planning on buying a 500D, but then my friend said 1100D is better and in some stores even cheaper. Wich one is better? Btw awesome vids! :)
