@pein99g Maybe it's because you already have that part installed. If you took the loot from HK-50 over on Peragus and gave that to HK the part he sells you is the same. If you didn't look HK-50 then he will sell you the part. I can only assume two things; Either you modded your a game a bit and lost the files (it's happened to me before) or you already have the part. I hope my info was at least somewhat useful for you.

@pein99g Then all I can say is your game is unfortunately bugged for this. I hate to say it but you may need to re-install your game to fix this. Sorry I wish I could help further on this, but I am not so knowledgeable.
