All Functional Fitness with Suzanne Andrews has music. As a former dance teacher, I can't imagine exercising without music! I LOVE music and the producers have spent many countless hours choosing the right music for each exercise.

This is really GREAT!!!! because lets think about it....how many plus size people can do all that jumping around and advance workouts that are designed for people that are already and shape. I can appreciate something like this!!! GREAT!!!

Glad you like the workout. To get even more out of the paper plate workout - you can add a ankle weight around your leg. This way you tone and don't have to jump around.

If it's done correctly, you will feel your muscles the next day. To actually see the results, depends on how fit you are right now. There is no such thing as a get fit quick scheme:) It takes consistency and dedication.
