when I think my situation is bad, I always listen to this song that is filled with so much power of encouragement. Jesus said I AM THE TRUTH! I believe he is the truth. He is in control of every bit of our lives and not the world. Voices will always call out to discourage or distract us, but i'm reminded to choose THE VOICE OF TRUTH (Jesus) and i've never been disappointed. my life has trully been beautiful thru faith in christ.

the song talks of Peter when he stepped out onto the ocean in faith and David when he faced Goliath with just his faith in God. These stories apply to us in the present day and the song tells us to listen not to the worldly voices that we hear around us, but to the One and Only Voice of Truth-- which is God's voice through His Word.
The people of the world will tell us that things are impossible when God tells us that everything is possible through Him. So it's a song of encouragement ^^
