I just made this. It's excellent, not to mention very easy to put together.
To those of you who feel the need to complain about honey or the coconut oil, STFU. No one wants to be neurotic and unhappy like you. The occasional raw gourmet dessert with an arguably non-vegan ingredient and some vegan fat...geez, who cares?

I've made these now twice. They are fantastic but be sure to have water on hand as the carob and. Cocoa make you very thirsty! Other than than they are delicious!

Since when coconut oil is not vegan? It is from coconut, plant based....
